Living here over 6 years has been the best. Management has always been attentive to my needs. Such as repairs and other issues that may come up. The managers are polite and professional. Just recently I was experiencing an issue and management addressed it after hours. That put an even bigger smile on my face. Thanks Nantucket!!!!!

I have enjoyed living in Nantucket gardens. You need something done and in no time it gets done. Continued upgrades and care of the building are always being done. Ms. Barrett and Ms. Mosby are great. They are always professional and kind.

Overall my experience been Great. No complaints. The entire staff is very polite and caring. Have the best office managements.They are very respectful and solve any issues you have. Treat you basically like family. Maintenance doesn’t waste no time on any request you have. Complete them in a timely manner. The property is well kept cleaned and quiet. Bernie keeps the hallways smelling good and cleaned at all times. He is a great and friendly maintenance guy. Neighbors are respectful. I love it h

I really enjoy living here. The parts that I enjoy are: it's quiet, clean environment, if you need something fixed, they will try to get it fixed in a timely manor. Your able to pay rent online and do maintenance request online as well. I've been here for a year and I have no problems.
